League Magic is a web based League Management software package that can be customized to your specific needs. Our software gives you the flexibility to configure your League's unique requirements, and our technical staff can create enhancements to the software to ensure we meet your needs.
Our software is fast, secure, and reliable and it is designed with the customer in mind. Each League gets their own domain name, a dedicated web server, database and file system to ensure the software is as resilient as possible.

Organizations in your League can be easily added and given access to maintain their Team Rosters. League Magic keeps a historical database of all Participants and Coaches, and once they have been Certified, they can easily be added to their rosters in future programs from a pool of existing players.
The Users Access interface allows users to be given access to manage Team Rosters, Participants Payments, Check-in Participants on game days, and Certify Participants and Coaches for other Organizations.
The software interface is easy to understand, and most users can be trained in minutes. There is typically a same day response for most questions, problems or software requests - and this is included during the trial period and in our affordable yearly licensing fee.

Game Management
Our Game Management Suite includes everything you need to easily support your League. This suite includes the Scheduler, Scores, Standings, and Playoff Brackets. We also include Competition scheduling and scoring for Cheer-Offs, and Referee Scheduling for each game. We include a Scheduling Template that can be imported into our system to define the Regular Season games in the system. Player and Coaches Ejections can also reported for each game.
Registration & Certification
Participants and Volunteers Online Registrations can be submitted using the League Magic Users Portal. The Users Portal also allows Participants and Volunteers to Upload or eSign documents required for Certification.
Organizations can post a URL on their websites to direct their members to their League Magic Users Portal to make the process seamless.

Payment Processing
Organizations can link their Stripe account to our payment processing provider - Youth Sports Payments. Team Fees and Individual Fees and/or Credits are easily added to each Player Profile Record. Our Payment Processing Interface generates invoices that are emailed to the participant, and payments are applied to their profile record as soon as they are successfully processed. There are multiple configuration options to allow for Payment Reminder Emails, Discounts, Minimum Payments and Customizable Billing Statements.

Software trials are free to use, and you have until your first Fall Regular Season game to make a decision on if you want to license the software.
